Abstract Standard orbital mechanics fail to account for the Galactic Torque Transmission (𝜏𝑚) and the variable Field Viscosity (𝑇) of the neutrino-flux. This paper categorizes asteroids as differentiated Sub-Nodes. We introduce specific coefficients for 99942 Apophis, 101955 Bennu, and 1 Ceres. We demonstrate that the "non-gravitational accelerations" reported by space agencies are predictable results of the Heavy Phi (Φ𝐻) Gradient. We provide a five-year predictive window (2026–2031) based on Recursive Helical Compression.
