This paper aims to reflect on how technology can redefine democracy, combining traditional legal principles (isonomy) with digital innovations (avatars)? The term Isoavatarmy is proposed to describe a digital deliberative democracy where citizens interact through avatars, ensuring equal participation and reducing human biases. This concept integrates technology, law, and political philosophy, questioning the traditional legitimizing myths of democracy and proposing a new one: algorithmic legitimacy based on transparency and fairness. In this regard, Isoavatarmy is not merely a theoretical concept; it aims to be a real possibility in the era of collective intelligence. Without its realization in the field, it is pure abstraction. In this sense, its methodology is theoretical and documentary, with a sociological construction at the time of its implementation in decision-making. The documentary selection refers to historical concepts such as isonomy; however, it has linked modernity with current technological concepts such as avatars. This model not only addresses social and legal challenges but also redefines the social contract for the 21st century: a system where the will of citizens, amplified by technology, translates directly and responsibly into the construction of a participatory environment virtually. Ecuador is a place where digital tools can facilitate participation and dialogue through personalized avatars, building public policies and best practices in the field when resolving conflicts.
