The Philadelphia Student Transit Access Initiative PS TAI is a civic mobility and urban equity project developed by Lence Vincent and submitted in alignment with the 2026 Knight Cities Challenge. This work presents a structured proposal to expand reliable and affordable public transit access for students across Philadelphia with a focus on removing transportation barriers that impact education attendance economic opportunity and community participation.
