In this research, we investigate the hydrogen-like impurity effect of strong-coupling polaron in parabolic quantum wells (PQWs) formed in perovskite structures. Using the linear combination operator method, we derive how the confinement strength and Coulomb binding potential influence the ground state energy, the mean number of phonons, and the vibrational frequency of polarons in the quantum wells under strong electron-phonon coupling. Numerical calculations are performed for perovskite-based PQWs. The results show that as the confinement strength increases, the mean phonon number, the polaron vibrational frequency, and the ground state energy all increase. In contrast, with an increase in the Coulomb binding potential, the mean phonon number and the polaron frequency increase, while the ground state energy decreases. These findings provide valuable theoretical insights for semiconductor research and applications.
