The idea of public order is an unclear and unclear idea in the international community due to the special nature that this community carries, as this idea revolves around principles determined by time and place that prevail and are represented by supremacy from which rules that are described as mandatory emerge. The idea of mandatory rules related to public order, according to the expression of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties of 1969, has been accepted in the international community, but it has not been defined in a way that negates ignorance. The study came with a hypothesis about the most important thing that could constitute principles from which rules that are described as mandatory emerge in the international community today.The research problem revolves around whether it is possible to develop a vision about the objective frameworks that could form the elements of this system? Or what are the most important provisions that could form general principles that transcend other obligations in this society? If we are allowed to answer, then the most important thing that could constitute importance at the present time and form broad ideas under which fall rules that are given the description of a command in the international community is the connection of the international public order to the topics most relevant to the common interest of the international community.
