Recent observations of the isolated galaxy CG 910 in the Bootes void (Sharma et al. , 2025) reveal a flat rotation curve at Vrot = 256 km/s. In this report, I apply the Fermionic Universe Hypothesis (FUH) to demonstrate that the observed kinematics and the unusually long gas depletion timescale result from the viscous entrainment of baryonic matter by the psi-condensate (the Ocean). Using the unified rheological acceleration avisc approx 1. 21 x 10^-10 m/s², the model provides a physical basis for the observed plateau, suggesting that the discrepancy in underdense regions is governed by local variations in the medium’s kinematic viscosity nu.
