RT Consistency Note Regarding Recent DAMPE Observations

This note documents a qualitative conceptual overlap between certain previously documented RT (Rachel Theory) ideas and later DAMPE observations regarding charge-dependent spectral softening in cosmic rays. The document does not claim quantitative prediction or observational confirmation of RT. Instead, it highlights that several RT concepts involving interaction-dependent propagation, coherence regimes, environmental field effects, and organizational dynamics were independently documented prior to the publication of the DAMPE observations. All scientific credit for the observational work belongs entirely to the DAMPE Collaboration and associated researchers.
