Business ethics has become an essential aspect of modern organizational management. Ethical practices influence employee behavior, customer satisfaction, corporate reputation, and long-term sustainability. This study examines the importance of business ethics in modern organizations using percentage analysis and the Chi-Square statistical test. Primary data were collected from employees and customers through a structured questionnaire. The study analyzes the relationship between ethical practices and organizational performance. The findings reveal that ethical business practices significantly improve employee satisfaction, customer trust, and organizational image. The Chi-Square test confirms a significant relationship between business ethics and organizational success. The study concludes that ethics is a key factor for sustainable business growth.
