PHILIA-EcoSensory Swarm v58d Phase 1-C: CXZ Dense Sweep — Sub-Noise-Floor Sign Inversion, HW05 Falsification, and Spike-to-Dip Inversion Discovery

We report PHILIA-EcoSensory Swarm v58d Phase 1-C, a pre-registered CXZ coupling coefficient dense sweep (875 runs, N=20 per cell, seeds 942–981, T=80, 000 steps). Primary finding: HNULL CONFIRMED (Case B) — all v58d cells (CXZ 30–70×10⁻⁶) satisfy |AUC| < NOISEFLOOR (0. 003).
