The Effect of Work Discipline, Internal Environment and Employee Satisfaction on Employee Productivity Cv. Langgeng Propertindo

The aim of this research is to evaluate the impact of Work Discipline, Internal Environment and Employee Satisfaction on Work Productivity at CV. Permanent Propertindo. The population identified is all CV employees. Langgeng Propertindo in this research involved 40 people. The multiple linear regression analysis method is the technique used. These findings show results that show: Work productivity is not significantly influenced by work discipline, the internal environment does not significantly influence work productivity. Meanwhile, employee satisfaction has a significant impact on work productivity, and work productivity is influenced collectively (simultaneously) by work discipline, internal environment and employee satisfaction. It is hoped that with this research CV. Langgeng Propertindo can maintain stable work discipline, internal environment and good employee satisfaction so that it can increase the work productivity of CV employees. Permanent Propertindo
