• HFD led to significantly lower DPP3 protein levels in the serum of young WT male, but not female mice • Changes in DPP3 concentration/DPP3 activity ratio in the serum were statistically significant in a multivariate analysis • In our experimental setting, BV/TV was not affected by HFD and remained lower in Dpp3 ko compared to WT male mice • Absence of DPP3 did not result in lower glucose tolerance compared to WT, either under HFD or ND, in male and female mice • Genotype alone significantly contributed to changes in BV/TV, Tb.Sp, 1st ID and most metabolic markers • Biomechanical parameters related to resistance to damage were significantly different in a multivariate analysis
