The Murungidyal Framework is a relational systems architecture designed to strengthen connected governance, workforce sustainability, accountability, cultural integrity, and long-term systems continuity across human services and communities. Grounded in relational governance principles and Indigenous-informed systems thinking, the framework provides a structured implementation pathway for reducing fragmentation across sectors, including health, education, housing, justice, disability, workforce development, and community services. Rather than operating in separate silos or relying solely on top-down systems, the framework promotes connected implementation pathways in which all five pillars work together to support individuals, the workforce, families, and communities through relational continuity over time. The framework is designed to strengthen systems from the individual and community level upward, supporting shared accountability, connected governance, and long-term relational sustainability across organisations and services. The framework is built across five interconnected pillars: Wambinya Mara (Supporting Hands) Bagraybang Winhanganha (Shared Knowledge / Sharing wisdom and thought) Winhanganha Muurruun (Knowing life, culture, and community) Bulyal Murru (The Growing Path) Walanbang Gabingidyal (Strong Foundations / Governance and accountability) The manuscript explores how relational governance, workforce continuity, cultural integrity, and connected implementation pathways influence long-term systems sustainability, accountability, and public value across organisations and communities. The framework aligns conceptually with: The National Agreement on Closing the Gap, Indigenous Data Sovereignty principles, WHO People-Centered Care standards, relational governance approaches, and broader international human rights and cultural integrity frameworks.
