Abstract

Integrating single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) technologies, we performed transcriptome sequencing on the skeletal muscles of the mouse hindlimb, including the quadriceps (QUAD), tibialis anterior (TA), extensor digitorum longus (EDL), gastrocnemius (GAS), and soleus (SOL). We further constructed a single-cell transcriptional atlas of distinct mouse skeletal muscles.
