ABSTRACT VEXAS (Vacuoles, E1 enzyme, X‐linked, Autoinflammatory, Somatic) syndrome has protean manifestations, with cutaneous findings being present in the majority of affected individuals. This review covers various signs and findings for which VEXAS syndrome should be considered, with emphasis on dermatologic and dermatopathologic clues.
