Abstract

این تحقیق به منظور بررسی اثرات محلول پاشی هورمونهای اکسین و سیتوکینین بر فاکتورهای رشد و محتوای رنگیزه های فتوسنتزی در گیاه آدنیوم اوبسوم انجام شد. آزمایش در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی در۸ تیمار و یک گروه شاهد با ۴ تکرار ،درطی ۸ مرحله محلول پاشی بر سطح اندام هوایی اجرا شد. تیمارهای اعمال شده شامل۲ نوع هورمون اکسین، IAA و IBA درغلظت ۲۰۰ mg/l و ۲ نوع هورمون سیتوکینین، BAP و KIN درغلظت ۴۰۰ mg/l بصورت مستقل و ترکیبی بودند. صفات مورد ارزیابی شامل سطح برگ، تعدادجوانه های جانبی، تعداد گل، وزن تر و وزن خشک اندام هوایی و ریشه، محتوای کلروفیلهای a و b و کاروتنوئید بود. بر اساس نتایج حاصل، تیمارهای مختلف دارای BAP و نیز تیمارهای KIN و IAA+KIN سطح برگ را افزایش دادند. بیشترین افزایش نیز مربوط به تیمار توام IAA+BAP بود. هرچند اعمال تیمارهای هورمونی تاثیر معنی داری بر طول اندام هوایی نداشت ولی به جز تیمارهای IBA و IBA+BAP، سایر تیمارها طول ریشه را افزایش دادند. تیمار IBA+BAP و به ویژه تیمار IAA+BAP موجب افزایش معنیداری در تعداد جوانه های جانبی شدند. وزن تر ساقه نیز تحت تاثیر تیمارهای IBA+BAP، IAA+BAP و IAA افزایش معنیدار داشت اما وزن خشک ساقه تنها در تیمار IAA+BAP افزایش نشان داد. تیمارها بر وزن تر ریشه بی تاثیر بودند ولی وزن خشک آن در همه تیمارها به جز IAA و IBA+KIN افزایش یافت. هرچند بیشترین تعداد گل، بدون اختلاف معنی‌دار با شاهد در تیمار IBA+KIN حاصل شد. تیمار های مستقل یا ترکیبی BAP تعداد گل را کاهش دادند. محتوای کلروفیلهای a و b تحت تیمار IAA+BAP و تیمارهای واجد KIN افزایش یافت. تیمار IBA+BAP نیز محتوای کلروفیلb را افزایش داد. محتوای کاروتنوئیدی تحت تاثیرات تیماری قرار نگرفت. از نظر مورفولوژیکی نیز تیمار IAA+BAP به طور آشکار بر شکل برگها، ظاهر رگبرگها و ریخت عمومی گیاه تاثیر گذاشت.
