Key Points

  • This research aims to develop a framework for understanding cosmic evolution through the lens of information theory.
  • Introduced the Primary Effort Theory (P.E.T.) for cyclic cosmology.
  • Analyzed the impact of accelerated cosmic expansion on information density.
  • Explored the implications of a non-local unitary event on cosmic entropy.
  • Proposed that accelerated expansion decays macroscopic correlation while preserving global information density.
  • Identified a topological saturation condition at the Bekenstein bound necessitating a unitary reset.
  • Reconceptualized the Heat Death as a transition phase, not an endpoint, leading to renewed cosmic activity.

Abstract

Abstract "When Nothing Interacts, Everything Persists" This paper introduces Primary Effort Theory (P.E.T.), an information-theoretic framework for cycliccosmology. I propose that accelerated cosmic expansion causes a decay in macroscopic correlationwhile conserving total global information density. As mutual information between causally isolatedhorizons drives toward zero, it triggers a topological saturation at the Bekenstein bound. This stateof maximum latent tension necessitates a non-local unitary erasure event (the unitary reset) whichresets cosmic entropy to zero. Consequently, the so-called "Heat Death" is not an absolute end but asymmetrical, recursive transition phase that initiates a renewed inflationary Big Bang. The theoryprovides a solution to the Tolman paradox in cyclic cosmology while rejecting absolute nothingnessin favour of diluted something: effort without clarity, potential without performance.
