Stratified Coexistence of Time (SCT) is presented as a stratified mathematical framework for temporal irreversibility. Version 2 consolidates the exact linear-Gaussian precision-accounting layer, restricted physical bridge results, and descriptive nonlinear evidence under explicit claim boundaries. Exact claims remain restricted to their stated domains. Restricted physical bridges remain restricted. Descriptive nonlinear evidence is not promoted to theorem status. No universal physical bridge claim, no universal physical law claim, and no global Phase 5 closeout claim are made in this version. This Zenodo version includes the public v2 PDF, a source package with TeX, bibliography, referenced figures, build logs, manifest, checksums, and a sidecar SHA256 checksum for the final ZIP archive.
