We present Mobi-lyze, a sonification application for historical insulin pump data that offers a lower-barrier modality for engaging with longitudinal diabetes management data for patients with Type 1 diabetes. The system maps continuous glucose monitor and insulin pump data to structured sonic representations, proposing deliberate, session-based listening as a complement to existing visual dashboard review. We describe the system architecture, data pipeline, and five sonification themes — two auditory graph variants, a soundscape, wind chimes, and a vocal tract model — each implementing distinct mappings of blood glucose, insulin delivery, carbohydrate intake, and insulin-on- board to acoustic parameters. The application is implemented in Cycling 74’s Max as a self-contained deployment, enabling potential field trials in clinical settings. We report initial design findings from a formative listening study with six T1D device users and discuss implications for theme refinement and future clinical evaluation.
