This paper presents stabilization drift within the first system of Kasei-Theory as a non-modal readability maintainability architecture. The paper does not propose a theory of error, deviation, transition, structural corruption, configurational collapse, corrective regulation, or stabilization control. Instead, it fixes stabilization drift, non-coincident placement, configurational differentiation, local maintainability, unreadability, formal non-coincidence, and non-totality as distributed structural positions within constrained local readability maintainability. Stabilization drift is not treated as failure or deviation, but as a constrained non-coincident placement under which configurational differentiation remains locally maintainable without closure, correction, or total stabilization. Stabilization drift does not establish disorder. Stabilization drift does not establish configurational failure. Stabilization drift does not establish sequential destabilization. Stabilization drift does not establish structural collapse. Stabilization drift remains fixed only as constrained non-coincident stabilization placement within readability maintainability. This paper fixes only the local conditions under which configurational differentiation remains non-coincident without transition into universal arrangement, explanatory completion, corrective regulation, or total configurational stabilization.
