Abstract The CER Factor is defined as the non-linear integration of Consciousness (C), Experience (E), and Reality (R). Expressed through the closed-loop operator equation B_ = ₃ (C E) R, this framework demonstrates how consciousness functions as an autonomous, self-referential substrate independent of external sensory inputs. Spanning the spectrum of Consciousness under Existential Reality Consciousness (ERC), the study posits that awareness and reality are universal constants that never hit absolute zero. Additionally, it establishes an ontological hierarchy proving that sensorially-mediated Qualia is a substrate-specific sub-component of the universal constant of Bhodhaanubhavam (B_ Qualia). Utilizing the DIB Equation (Mₚ = Id T₂ₒ), this study seeks to establish the Non-Zero Postulate, proving that Manifestation Potential (Mₚ) remains strictly positive even as the Threshold of Conscious Staticity approaches infinity (T₂ₒ).
