This document presents the Sky Hypothesis: the empirical observation that any complex system approaching structural failure exhibits a universal geometric signature in information space, independent of its domain, physical substrate, or descriptive vocabulary. The hypothesis was tested across six independent domains — corporate finance, cellular biology, astrophysics, national economics, clinical medicine, and raw numerical measurements — using a single reference point constructed from only three source cases. Results show cross-domain accuracy ranging from 75% to 100%. Pure mathematical implementation (no language model) achieved 93% accuracy on clinical cancer data. Time-series analysis demonstrates the failure signature emerges 4 to 11 years before the failure event. Preliminary mathematical analysis suggests the mechanism involves decrease in information entropy as systems approach critical thresholds.
