The Researcher study of self-efficacy and emotional maturity select two factor and measure of college going students. Academic capabilities are referred to as self-efficacy for learning which includes the evaluation of what the learning context require and how capable one is in utilizing knowledge and skill to bring about new learning. Emotional is thus not simply a feeling that things will go well but also a judgment on our own or others abilities. Since emotional involves the belief that things will turn out well, emotional may sometimes be used interchangeably with optimism. So it is a matter of time to study diffrence between NSS and Non NSS student. It will be help to understand importance of NSS in college duration. Student will be motivated to participate in NSS this will help them to develop a personality. In these Research student will be selected from NSS and Non NSS area in Pune district. In this research will use cluster sampling. For the analysis of data researcher will be use descriptive statistical method Correlation, ANOVA. Final conclusion is NSS college student observed high level self-efficacy and emotional maturity than Non NSS college student.
