Summary: Hospitalization is an opportunity to connect patients with substance use disorders with care, including the provision of harm reduction supplies. Here we depict the implementation of a grant-funded harm reduction initiative, describe outputs over the first 14 months of the program, and highlight efforts to ensure sustainability of the initiative.
