This paper presents a self-contained, scale-invariant cosmological paradigm that replacesmathematical singularities and abstract vacuum-energy fields with fluid continuummechanics, zero-plasticity coil-spring structural dynamics, and material boundary physics. Agalaxy is modelled as a continuous, variable-density torsional disc of spacetime fabricspinning under extreme shear stress. Einstein's purely radial gravity-well model — whichproduces the unphysical singularity and implicitly violates energy conservation — isextended by incorporating rotation as the dominant structural feature, transforming thefunnel into a torsional vortex with a natural Planck density ceiling and a stored elasticpotential energy that inevitably rebounds. Version 2 adds four major contributions beyondVersion 1: (1) the Cosmic Microwave Background is identified as the structural vibration (mechanical ringing) of spacetime fabric during elastic rebound — dissipated friction energyof the uncoiling spring; (2) the Arrow of Time paradox is resolved via Planck compressionacting as a thermodynamic blast furnace resetting entropy to minimum in each new cosmicegg; (3) matter/antimatter asymmetry is addressed through centrifuge separation mechanicsin the high-torque vortex core; and (4) the vacuum hierarchy values are corrected toscientifically verified figures. The central contribution remains the Cosmic Egg Cycle: aquantitatively grounded, mechanically complete description of universal reproductiongoverned by one symmetry principle — wind time equals unwind time — which directlypredicts the observed 7. 7 billion year deceleration phase. Dark Energy is the inter-universalvacuum gradient (DP = Pₚush - Pₚull). Dark Matter is the residual gravitational signatureof the parent black hole mass. The Law of Conservation of Energy is perfectly satisfied atevery phase including T=0 — something the standard singularity model cannot claim.
