This record is deposited as a methodological demonstration of the Aurevo residential observational workflow, applied across three heterogeneous Japanese residential cases (an ageing detached house, a newly constructed detached house, and an ageing multi-family apartment without elevator access). It is NOT a representative survey of Japanese housing stock, NOR a validation of framework performance, NOR an assessment of any specific dwelling's safety. It documents the observational workflow structure, the nominal–effective assessment format, and module differentiation across cases only. This deposit exists to establish a citable, timestamped reference for the demonstration methodology, and to make the workflow's structure publicly inspectable at a fixed version. Subsequent versions may extend the case base or refine the workflow; this version fixes the demonstration baseline.
