This concept note introduces Total Silhouette Engineering (TSE) as a preliminary operational process architecture within the broader Silhouette Engineering and Human Aesthetic Engineering (HAE) ecosystem. TSE organizes an end-to-end silhouette lifecycle through which the visible human body silhouette may be observed, measured, interpreted, designed, trained, maintained, and refined. Rather than positioning exercise as the starting point or entire system of body-silhouette development, this note presents exercise as one execution layer within a broader interpretation- and design-informed process. This document also clarifies the terminology shift from Technical Silhouette Engineering to Total Silhouette Engineering. The term “Total” reflects the expanded scope of the framework beyond technical execution alone, including observation, measurement, interpretation, design logic, training application, maintenance, feedback, and longitudinal refinement. Within the proposed conceptual hierarchy, Silhouette Engineering provides the educational field, TSE provides the operational process architecture, BPI supports relational proportion interpretation, S-Scale supports recording and platform-level organization, and Corset Muscle Method (CMM) is positioned as one representative applied training method within the broader process. This document is intended solely as an exploratory public concept note for scholarly discussion, methodological exploration, conceptual organization, and interdisciplinary refinement. It does not present a diagnostic system, clinical framework, aesthetic ranking model, operational software specification, or validated implementation.
