This document reports the dissemination and communication activities undertaken up to December 2024 (M12) as part of the PLIADES project. These activities align with Task 8.1 “Dissemination Plan and Marketing & Promotional Material” and Task 8.2 “Dissemination and Communication Activities including portal & social media presence” under Work Package 8: “Dissemination & Exploitation, Standardization and Liaison”. The report details the creation and implementation of visual identity elements, the use of various dissemination channels (e.g., web portal, social networks, newsletters, and publications), and the synergies established with other projects. Progress against predefined performance indicators is also outlined, offering insights into the reach and impact of these activities. The last part of the report outlines the activities that will lead to the development of the PLIADES training program, reporting activities of T8.5. The training program will be focused on educating the current (and future) end users of the PLIADES ecosystem on data security issues. The material for the training content will be closely related to the PLIADES developments that negotiate data security topics or are focused on data security implementations, so that it can act as a means of disseminating the project’s solutions at the same time. Potential questions/doubts/concerns of the future end-users will be addressed with the developed training content. In this section of the document, the initial plan that has been designed for the creation of the training content is presented, outlining the next actions and foreseen timeline for the completion of each step. Surveys and desk research results will be used to decide on specific learning objectives for the target audiences. Iterations and improvements are foreseen, as the training content and selected training method will be validated within the consortium partners at first, before sharing it with external end-users.
