This study applied a five-level coronal anatomical framework for spatial mapping of murine nasal polyps along the rostrocaudal axis.• Nasal polyps and pre-polypoid lesions preferentially localized to the mid-to-posterior nasal cavity, with peak distribution observed at level IV.• Significant epithelial barrier disruption was observed, characterized by ciliated cell loss, basal cell hyperplasia, and goblet cell metaplasia.• A type 2-dominant inflammatory landscape was defined by eosinophilic infiltration, elevated IL-13 expression, and Charcot-Leyden-like crystal formation.
