This publication introduces the Causal Network Architecture of Reality (CNAR), a conceptualontological theory proposing that reality is fundamentally a continuously evolving global networkof causal relationships. Rather than viewing objects, particles, fields, or spacetime as primaryconstituents of existence, CNAR considers causal interaction itself to be the fundamentalbuilding block from which every physical, biological, cognitive, and informational systememerges. In this framework, the universe does not evolve by selecting from a pre-existing set ofpossible futures. Instead, at every moment, the current global causal structure dynamicallygenerates the set of admissible future transitions, called branches. These branches exist onlybecause they are supported by causal relationships within the network; unsupported possibilitiesnever come into existence. Before realization, all generated branches remain simultaneously activeas potential causal configurations. Each branch receives a global causal weight, determinedcollectively by the entire causal network rather than by isolated local interactions. Reality evolvesthrough deterministic realization of the branch possessing the greatest causal support. Accordingto this theory, apparent randomness is not a fundamental property of nature but a consequence ofincomplete access to the total causal architecture of the universe. Classical determinism, quantumuncertainty, biological evolution, and complex emergent systems are interpreted as differentmanifestations of the same underlying causal process. CNAR is presented as a conceptualontological framework.
