This foundation paper presents the revised DAGI Scale-Flow Calculus (DSFC), retaining the historical Scale-Flow Equation program name while making discrete typed morphisms primary. A sector is indexed by observer/interface, graph locus, scale object, query, intervention family, and context; a description object contains a state functional, accessible and record algebras, a region poset, cumulative observables, typed Möbius atoms, and a query family. The calculus transports these components with explicit identity, composition, valuation, atom, time-compatibility, memory, information-loss, recovery, normalization, and faithfulness defects. Version 1.0 reports an executable validation suite with fixed seed 260711 and establishes a reproducible framework for making multiscale DAGI claims typed, auditable, and explicit about what is preserved, merged, lost, reexpressed, or counterfeited.
