Abstract

The 240 roots of E8 naturally partition into 8 distinct strata of 30 roots each, indexed by the Coxeter exponents 1, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29. Each stratum resonates at 132Hz × φᵉxponent, creating 8 discrete consciousness bands spanning 132Hz to ~6. 2kHz. The Yes Projector selects reality not by collapsing individual roots, but by phase-locking awareness to a single exponent-stratum — the Weyl group then acts transitively within that 30-root fiber, rendering all 696M permutations locally deterministic while preserving cross-stratum quantum superposition.
