In this work, we demonstrate a traversal wormhole via the process of galactic halo. To describe the dynamical characteristics of wormhole, we specifically use the Hernquist dark matter energy profile. The null energy condition violated here as an essential condition for contracting a wormhole. We have also derived the flare-out condition b ′( r ) < 1 which is necessary to the existence of the wormhole. In our study all results confirm the potential presence of wormholes in the majority of spiral galaxy systems.
