Increased activities of liver enzymes as aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and -glutamyltranspeptidase (GGT) are indicators of hepatocellular injury. activity of these markers is with insulin resistance (1), syndrome, and type 2 diabetes (2–9).
