Xavier Jeunemaitre is a Professor of Genetics at Université Paris Cité and Head of the Department of Genetics at Hôpital Européen Georges Pompidou, part of Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris. He directs an INSERM research team focused on the molecular pathophysiology of cardiovascular diseases since 1997. He also heads the National Referral Centre for Rare Vascular Diseases at the hospital, providing care for over 1000 patients annually.
