The article explores the problem of blurring the boundaries between professional and user-generated content in telegram news channels. Based on the analysis of current research and content analysis of publications in Russian telegram channels, the main trends in the transformation of stylistic norms in the digital media environment and their impact on the spread of hate speech are identified. Special attention is paid to the ethical challenges arising under conditions of active involvement of users in the creation of news content through the system of chatbots. The author considers the consequences of stylistic transformations for professional journalism and offers specific recommendations for the development of new editorial standards and moderation mechanisms aimed at maintaining a balance between the benefits of participatory journalism and the need to comply with professional ethical norms.
