The article substantiates modern approaches and tools for increasing the efficiency of HR management in international companies in the context of globalization, digital transformation and growing competition for highly qualified personnel, talents, and professionals. It is shown that human resources are the driving force for any international company, and the process of human resources management itself is a strategic field of activity for international companies operating in conditions of extreme uncertainty, volatility and ambiguity, as well as the increasing influence of digital transformations. The emphasis is on the fact that increasing the efficiency of HR management is a strategic imperative that determines the ability of companies to successfully function, develop and compete in a global environment. The article analyzes the impact of cross-cultural differences, hybrid and remote work models, the implementation of HR technologies and artificial intelligence on the formation of HR strategies. The main challenges facing international companies are identified, to which the author attributes the shortage of highly qualified personnel, the need to adapt corporate culture, the development of intercultural competence and ensuring the well-being of personnel. The article reveals the importance of digital transformation of HR processes for optimizing recruitment, employee training and development, forecasting personnel risks and increasing engagement. The article proves that strategic HR management is a key factor in the competitiveness of international companies, which requires the integration of flexible work formats, inclusive policies, systematic talent development and close partnership between HR and business. The author suggests ways to improve the efficiency of human resources management, namely, process automation, the use of big data analytics, the implementation of cross-cultural sensitivity models, the development of benefits and advantages that the company offers its employees in exchange for their work and dedication, as well as adaptive leadership styles. The results of the study have practical significance for the development of effective HR strategies that can ensure the sustainability and growth of international companies in a changing global environment.
