With the increasingly advanced development of technology in the current era of society 5.0, education is required to produce human resources who are not only academically intelligent but also adaptive to technology. Mathematics, as a core subject, plays a key role in developing logical thinking, creativity, and global competitiveness. However, many students still perceive mathematics as difficult and disengaging, which can negatively impact their motivation and academic performance. To address this, innovative teaching models that integrate technology are needed. This study aims to investigate the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model assisted by Wordwall on students’ motivation and mathematics learning outcomes. This quasi-experimental study used a Nonequivalent Control Group Design involving two classes: the experimental class (XI Health Specialization, 23 students) and the control class (XI Informatics Specialization, 28 students). The experimental class was taught using TGT and Wordwall, while the control class used conventional instruction. Results showed that the experimental class experienced increased motivation from 62.74 to 74.22, and learning outcomes from 45.04 to 72.30. The control class showed only slight improvement. Hypothesis testing yielded a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant effect.Thus, the integration of cooperative learning models with interactive digital media has proven effective in improving the quality of mathematics learning in the current Society 5.0 era, while also preparing a generation that is globally competitive
