The Village Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) ensure that no one is left behind in village development. All women and children must be actively involved in village development and benefit from the results of village development. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the women-friendly and child-caring village program in Purbawinangun Village, Plumbon District, Cirebon Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach. By utilizing the theoretical basis that will be used as a guide, this research will focus on research that is in accordance with field facts. However, it was found that the implementation of these programs has not been running optimally, several obstacles that hinder the running of the Women-Friendly Village and Child-Care program in Purbawinangun Village, Plumbon District, Cirebon Regency, including the uneven socialization of the Women-Friendly Village and Child-Care program and the lack of community participation, especially women and children from the implementing agency, as well as the lack of discipline in the development of the Women-Friendly Village and Child-Care program in Purbawinangun Village which greatly affects the implementation of the program in Purbawinangun Village, Plumbon District, Cirebon Regency. The research suggests strengthening collective commitment, increasing the human resource capacity of village officials, women and children's friendly volunteers, and the community. Including a gender and children's rights perspective in village regulations, integrating gender and children's rights in village programs, empowering women and protecting children, and conducting regular monitoring and evaluation.
