Abstract

Composite haemangioendothelioma (CHE) is a rare, locally aggressive vascular neoplasm composed of histologically distinct components. The neuroendocrine subtype carries a higher risk of metastatic behaviour. CHE commonly arises in distal extremities, with pulmonary metastases described but rarely presenting as the initial site of disease.
