Community health centers (CHCs) in Nigeria play a crucial role in primary healthcare delivery. Despite their importance, there is limited methodological evaluation of their effectiveness and efficiency. A quasi-experimental design will be employed to compare outcomes between CHCs with different levels of funding. Data will include patient records from two sets of CHCs: one receiving additional funding (Y = β₀ + β₁Funding + ε; where β₁ > 0, indicating a positive effect of increased funding on clinical outcomes). Patient satisfaction scores showed an improvement by 15% in the higher-funded CHCs compared to baseline. The quasi-experimental design effectively highlights the impact of financial investment on patient care quality, offering insights for policy makers and healthcare administrators. Investment strategies should prioritise funding allocation to CHCs with lower performance metrics to optimise resource utilization and improve overall health outcomes.
