The development of an online health information platform is essential for enhancing healthcare delivery in resource-limited settings. A mixed-methods approach including surveys and focus groups was employed to assess PHPs' receptivity and usage patterns for the online platform. Among 80 participating PHPs, 75% expressed interest in accessing the platform for continuing medical education (CME) purposes. The most preferred health conditions covered were skin infections and rashes. The findings suggest that an online CME platform can be effectively utilised by primary healthcare providers to enhance their professional development in dermatology. Further testing should include a larger sample size and incorporate PHPs from various specialties to ensure broad applicability.
