GDGQGCertificateII presents a second Core-I-based certificate in the quantum-gravity direction within the Gamma-DG framework. Building on GDG-QG-Certificate-I, this paper refines the structural bridge from Gamma-DG Core I toward a spacetime-readable sector by introducing and clarifying three additional layers: weak monotonicity, weak weighting, and spacetime readability. It also develops a more explicit taxonomy of barriers and failure modes, and formulates Transfer Principle II as a controlled route from internal temporal organization to effective spacetime-readable output. The paper does not claim a complete final theory of quantum gravity, a full measure-theoretic closure, or an extended phenomenology. Its claim is narrower and structural: Gamma-DG Core I supports a refined certificate-level route by which persistence, branch significance, readability, and failure structure can be more explicitly organized in the quantum-gravity direction. This record should therefore be read as a second certificate-level step in the Gamma-DG quantum-gravity program.
