Urbanization in Morocco is rapidly evolving, driven by demographic shifts towards urban centers where digital technologies are increasingly integrated into daily life and business operations. A qualitative study based on secondary data analysis from existing literature to identify trends and patterns related to digitalization and its effects on businesses in urban Morocco. The theoretical framework provided herein offers insights into the complex dynamics of digitalization and its implications for urban businesses in Morocco, highlighting the need for tailored strategies to maximise benefits and mitigate risks. Future research should focus on empirical validation of proposed model, exploring specific case studies that exemplify the framework's applicability. Policy makers are encouraged to develop supportive frameworks addressing the digital divide in Moroccan cities.
