Dynamic integrated expert systems are used as an example to analyze the experience of conceptual and software modeling of the architecture of various classes of dynamic intelligent systems. The emphasis is on specifying the processes of integrating methods and tools of temporal inference with simulation modeling methods and tools. Together, they determine the logic of real-time decision-making in the development of dynamic integrated expert systems. Methods of in-depth integration of functional components of technologies for building simulation models of the external environment and temporal knowledge bases with methods for the construction of basic components of intelligent learning technology, based on the development and use of web-integrated tutoring expert systems, are set forth.
