This study examines organizational challenges in providing instructional and methodological support in primary education in Uzbekistan. It highlights key issues such as weak coordination among stakeholders, limited access to modern teaching resources, and gaps in teacher professional development. Based on qualitative analysis of educational policies and practices, the study identifies major barriers to effective implementation. The findings emphasize the need to strengthen organizational mechanisms, improve teacher training, and integrate innovative pedagogical approaches to enhance the quality of primary education.
