Through systematic inspection and verification of ten mature theories covering classical physics, core modern physics and particle physics, it is verified that all experimentally verified physical laws in nature are low-energy approximate special cases of the W≡0 universal topological polarity conservation system under specific local domains, energy levels and polarity fluctuation intensities.
