Abstract

We report the results of PHILIA Phase SC-9b, a pre-registered confirmatory analysis and integrated remeasurement superseding SC-8 (73rd DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 20621215) and SC-9a (75th DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 20667352) for all synthetic-family analyses generated prior to the Cycle 17 prep-standard lock. SC-9b applies the locked v32 self-raw × 3-channel normalization apparatus with the prep-standard generator (philiaₛc8ₛyntheticₚrep. py) to n=182 substrates across four families (RealWorld n=90, Synthetic n=44, Physics n=18, Financial n=30) under independent seeds 77–81 (T=80, 000; 910 total runs, 910 successful). Three pre-registered hypotheses were tested (αₚer=0. 05 each; Pre-registration v0. 2 §3. 6 statistical independence rationale): H-SC9b-Primary (AC1 7-strata binary monotonicity, 6/6 MW U one-tailed): NOT CONFIRMED. 0/6 adjacent pairs passed; Spearman ρ (strataᵢdx, meanᵦ) =−0. 857, p=0. 014. Cause: substrate-class-conditional AC1 modulation across heterogeneous family composition.
