Holistic health and human development have emerged as critical paradigms in addressing the complex challenges of contemporary society. Traditional biomedical and economic models often fail to capture the multidimensional nature of human well-being. This research paper explores the concept of holistic health as an integrative framework encompassing physical, mental, emotional, social, environmental, and spiritual dimensions. The study adopts a qualitative and interdisciplinary methodology, drawing on existing literature, theoretical frameworks, and case-based observations. Findings suggest that human development is deeply interconnected with environmental sustainability, social structures, and psychological well-being. Holistic approaches such as “One Health,” “EcoHealth,” and “Planetary Health” emphasize the interdependence of human, animal, and environmental systems. The paper concludes that sustainable human development requires a shift from reductionist approaches to integrative frameworks that promote balance, resilience, and long-term well-being.
