Modern biology, operating under the reductionist and mechanistic paradigms, has achieved monumental success in molecular biology and genomics. However, it has simultaneously drifted into a profound dilemma, remaining fundamentally unable to explain existential teleology, the origin of consciousness, and biological complexity. This paper argues that the root of this crisis lies not in a scarcity of empirical data or technical tools, but rather in a severe ontological displacement: modern biology reduces life to mere physicochemical phenomena within three-dimensional space—a framework defined here as the "Deficient Lifespan Paradigm." To resolve this impasse, this paper introduces Yuanxian Theory (YXT). Utilizing the first principle that the universe is a self-referential living entity, and governed by its four core laws—the Law of Cosmic Factor Conservation (FSC), the Law of True-Circle Self-Consistency (TCSC), the Law of Self-Referential Mind-Field Generation (SRM), and the Law of Spacetime Uniqueness (STM)—Yuanxian Theory redefines the very essence of life, establishing a rigorous ontological position for consciousness and qualia, which have long been exiled from scientific inquiry. Yuanxian Theory provides a novel, geometrically necessary explanation for the 64-digit limitation of the genetic code through a Six-Level Dimensional Reduction Mapping Spectrum, shifting the mystery from historical accident to topological invariance on a 64-dimensional compact torus (T64). It further reinterprets reproductive isolation as absolute high-dimensional topological distance and moves immunology from a defensive "war model" to a "Symbiotic Covenant," quantified by the newly introduced Symbiotic Equilibrium Index. Ultimately, this framework initiates a profound cognitive paradigm shift from empirical induction to a priori deduction, illuminating the path forward for the life sciences to transcend their current state of involution.
