The Main Stages of the Formation of Constitutional Law Policy in the Field of Development of the State Language in the Kyrgyz Republic

The article analyzes the main stages of the formation of constitutional law policy in the field of development of the state language in the Kyrgyz Republic, and concludes that this constitutional law policy must comply with the fundamentals of the constitutional system, international standards of language human rights, the traditions of the multinational people of the country, as well as national interest.
